Why should I order from Dario Design?
Besides the obvious; owning something unique, paying the artist directly and getting a virtual high-five, you'll also help me grow my business. I can try new things, and continue to create new artwork which makes me (and others) very happy! Every order is checked and packed personally, with care. You might even get a few freebies...
What is the return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Some items such as t-shirts will be shipped separately (at no extra charge), but independent tracking info will be sent for each package
UK Orders:
Shipped Second Class within 3 working days.
International & EU Orders:
For faster delivery and tracking, I only offer Tracked & Signed shipping option at checkout.
Please note: While I do my best to ensure your order arrives safely, I cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by postal services. However, I will assist with claims and provide replacements if needed.
Where are your products manufactured?
My products are produced by local UK based suppliers. I carefully select manufacturing partners who use eco-conscious materials to ensure all products are high quality and a fair value.
Some t-shirts are limited run screen printed stock by independent UK producers that I hold at my studio, while others are fulfilled to order by Teemill. Check the individual listing for more information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the combined weight of items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
